I am able to use this training and experience to give back to my community and our servicemen and women by volunteering for a nonprofit organization: Dive Care. Dive Care teaches disabled veterans and civilians with physical or emotional disabilities to cope underwater by becoming weightless in a water environment. Christine has spent 30 years in a successful sales and marketing career. When Gene purchased his property in Casa Del Mar on Isla Del Sol in 1993, he looked at many properties wanting to make the right decision. He knew then how much he loved real estate and would one day become an agent. Gene attended Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, and after graduation spent the next 34 years in IT aspiring to a Director position. With owning and managing his many rental properties over the years, he then decided it was time to finally pursue his ambition to become a real estate agent. After two very successful years of helping customers with buying and selling properties, Gene was asked to become the Broker’s Associate at Compass which he gladly accepted and has since earned his Broker’s License.
Although Gene has sold many properties here on Isla Del Sol, he has successfully listed and sold properties in the surrounding areas that include Seminole, Pinellas Park, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island.
Gene enjoys spending time with his wife Christine, 3 boys, and their families including his 2 grandchildren. He enjoys riding his motorcycle, and regularly supports local restaurants and businesses in the community.
